Review by hotel critic
Sawasdee ka, I am Nicha Srisai, hailing from the beautiful city of Chiang Mai. When I travel, what matters most to me are spacious rooms, good lighting, convenient amenities like electric outlets near the bed, and friendly staff. the Hinoki Hotel - Onsen Chiang Mai exceeded my expectations in every way. the deluxe room I stayed in was not only a great size for resetting during my trip, but it also had a separate bathroom, Japanese toilet, and no insects, which was a huge plus for me. The staff, always polite and helpful, made my stay even more enjoyable. the pool added an extra touch of relaxation to my experience. I must say, the rooms were stunning with big, comfy beds, ample space, and plenty of natural light. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
